Bridge Letting is a Letting Agency & Property Management company with a solid background in property and customer service. We cover all aspects of the letting process and provide a full management service to property owners throughout Edinburgh, Dundee, Perth & Fife.

As fully accredited letting agents, our full property management service will provide you with a free rent appraisal for your property and we will guide you through the legal process of your landlord responsibilities to ensure your property is ready to market. We will then market and let your rental property which includes conducting rigorous identity, credit, and referencing checks for prospective tenants to ensure we get the best tenants. Once your property is let, we will manage the day-to-day administration and tenant queries on your behalf.

We offer landlords a 3-month, fee-free full management service, thereafter we charge a 10% fee (No VAT) of the rental income each month. We offer a discount on multiple properties to an 8% fee (No VAT) of the rental income each month. If your rental property is managed by another letting agency, let us know as we will take care of the switch for you.

Our Letting Agency is a proud member of The Council of Letting Agents, fully insured holding Professional Indemnity Insurance and we are members of the Money Shield ‘Client Money Protection Scheme. This means our Landlords and Tenants can rest assured knowing their money is safeguarded and that Bridge Letting is compliant with the current letting agent legislation.
