fitandhappy aims to help women become fitter, healthier and happier. Clients can choose from their unique personal training, online personal training or one of their fun and friendly outdoor boot camps.
Personal training with fitandhappy includes fitness sessions and nutrition coaching. Head personal trainer, Julia McCabe is also a specialist in weight loss for women. Your programme will be designed exclusively for you and your coach will really get to know you. If desired you will be given a monthly home workout programme and your personal trainer will stay in touch to keep you motivated in between sessions.
The outdoor boot camps are held in many parks throughout Edinburgh and are suitable for women of all ages and levels of fitness. Our boot camps are always friendly and supportive. We will never push you beyond your ability and will always encourage you.
Online personal training, online boot camps and online team workouts have been introduced for during the COVID-19 lockdown, however we may consider keeping these services after lockdown if clients request.
